All orders are processed within 3 business days, and will take another 3-7 business days to be delivered by Canada Post.

Within 3 business days shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email.

Damages
ReadiWell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
At this time we only ship within Canada and do not ship to international destinations.
